Nonwoven Fabrics (Material Field)

Since our establishment, we have been striving to develop new and improved looped fabric products. Our new facilities and proprietary technology has resulted in a product line of household items that have one after another become hit products, such as our Kitchen Cloths and Body Towel. Our aim is not only to deliver tools that enable the consumer to enjoy a comfortable life, but also to product items that are kind to people and the environment.

Multiple Wound/Twisted Yarn Process All the individual threads are lined up and twisted into pairs of threads. Depending on the ultimate usage of the fabric, the original fibers are sometimes also processed.

Bleach and dyes are added to the original fiber depending on the final design and use of the fabric. This process has to consider the handling of different materials, such as the water absorbency of the material, the solidity of the dye and the hygiene factor.

This process wraps anything from several dozen to several hundred strands of yarn onto a beam. These colored rolls are placed on right stands depending on the pattern they are to form. The beam here is the name for a large bobbin where several hundred or even thousands of meters of thread is rolled up.

This knitting process using a warp knitting machine. The beams that resulted from the warping process are gathered together and loaded onto a warp knitting machine. These yarns are then knitted together to form a fabric.

The fabric is cut to a standard length and where either two or all of the edges are stitched by sewing machine. Care is taken to ensure that no foreign objects such as needles harm the pattern weave so the highest levels of quality control are in place.

Depending on the product specification, the items are labeled, bagged and packed into boxes, which results in the final product. This is also the last check for quality control.
